About the role:
Uphold PRS Core Values in all aspects of the role, while managing the CRM database for efficient marketing operations.
Assist with sales events, resident move-in/move-out processes, and collaborate with various departments to streamline communication.
Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, floor plans, and Move-In Guides, while maintaining accurate sales and marketing inventory.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, produce routine reports, and manage lead follow-up through CRM software.
Support the sales process by prequalifying prospects, organizing files, scheduling follow-up communication, and shadowing key roles.
About you:
Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship
management software and social media platforms
Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 / hr DOE
