Responsibilities:

Greets all employees in a professional manner when entering the Employee Services Center.

Maintains reception area in an organized manner including supplies and equipment.

Creates name badges and employee/vendor ID’s upon request.

Implements and maintains personnel filing, both paper and computer.

Answers the telephone in a professional manner and assists employees with any HR related questions, tasks, etc. 

Assists with the planning and implementing of weekly new hire processing. 

Provides new hire information to provider of background checks and eVerify and monitors results.

Creates new hire folders for orientation.

Assists with computer input into Infinium system supporting the various disicplines.  

Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years casino/hotel HR experience preferred. 

Knowledge of recruitment/benefits a plus. 

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills required. 

Bi-lingual preferred. 

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Infinium, web based applicant tracking system. 

High school diploma/GED required
