Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain human resources records, including employment files and HR databases.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide assistance to payroll and benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Bilingual (English - Spanish).

Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
