A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant who has supported UHNWI's to join a fantastic company within the finance sector. This role requires a dedicated professional who can manage a diverse array of responsibilities with the utmost discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail. The role is 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a background in supporting high-profile individuals with mainly personal duties but also some corporate duties as well.
What you’ll do:
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar and inbox
Extensive travel arrangements for CEO and wider team/ family member, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries for domestic and international trips
Property management
Handle personal finances, including budgeting, bill payments, and expense tracking
Assist with booking personal appointments
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Handle a wide variety of ad hoc requests and tasks as needed
Who You Are:
Experienced PA/EA with a background in finance (ideally 5-10 years)
Supported UHNWI/ C-suite level with both business and personal duties
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs whilst always being 10 steps ahead
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with occassional weekend work as and when needed.
