We are a global, leading real estate firm specialsing in [residential/commercial/mixed-use] developments. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our smanaging director for Prime Purchasing! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally with experience in the real estate or property sector.

Role Overview:
As the Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the executive team. This will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and liaising with key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules for senior executives, ensuring meetings are coordinated efficiently.

* Organize and prepare documents for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.

* Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

* Assist with the preparation of property reports, proposals, and marketing materials for clients.

* Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive business information and documentation.

* Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.

* Assist with project coordination, helping to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.

* Manage office-related administrative tasks, such as filing, invoicing, and expense reports.

* Support the organization of corporate events, client meetings, and property viewings.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Previous experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate or property sector.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

* A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to assist where needed.
