Are you a skilled HR professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their team at the Head Office in Tamworth. This role involves working closely with various departments to enhance organisational and people capabilities, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

* Salary: Competitive

* Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 17.00

* Location: Head Office, Tamworth

The Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will:

* Act as a trusted advisor, building credible and influential relationships.

* Work with key stakeholders to resolve people challenges.

* Provide coaching and commercial guidance to managers.

* Use data to identify people priorities and address workforce needs.

* Offer creative solutions across the employee lifecycle to improve experience and value proposition.

* Support business objectives and change programmes with significant people implications.

* Partner with managers in recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and performance.

* Drive high performance and a strong development culture.

* Provide employee relations advice and oversee ER casework.

* Monitor, measure, and report training issues and achievements.

* Ensure effective HR administrative duties in the absence of the HR Administrator.

The Candidate:

The ideal HR Advisor will have:

* CIPD qualification with extensive post-qualifying experience in a generalist advisory role.

* Experience in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing or engineering.

* Knowledge of the employee life-cycle and a passion for engagement and leadership capabilities.

* Proven track record of implementing HR strategy focused on performance management and employee engagement.

* Stakeholder management experience, providing advice and support to senior managers.

* Ability to drive change, handle difficult situations positively, and challenge appropriately.

* Strong commercial acumen, integrity, and personal credibility.

The Package:

The benefits include a comprehensive package designed to support your professional and personal growth this includes; up to 29 days annual leave, private medical insurance, dental plan and access to Holiday homes both in the UK and Abroad. You will work Monday to Friday, from 08.30 to 17.00, with up to a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The position is based at the Head Office in Tamworth.
