Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme

Hours: 40 hours per week. Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm

Salary: £27k-29k DOE + £500 company bonus & £500 personal bonus

Are you an HR enthusiast looking for your next challenge?

We’re on the hunt for a friendly and proactive HR Advisor to support our clients growing team and help them attract and retain top talent. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll be involved in a variety of HR activities, playing a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and shaping a positive workplace culture.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on with recruitment, guiding managers through the process and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll also provide first-line support on employment issues, assist with fun team-building activities, and help to improve HR policies to keep up with best practices. You’ll be involved in training and development, supporting payroll and benefits, and mentoring their HR Admin team.

We’re looking for someone with experience in recruitment, strong organizational skills, and a knack for problem-solving. If you’re CIPD qualified (or have relevant experience), confident, and love working with people, this could be the perfect role for you!
