Touchstone Health is a full service Home Health and Hospice Agency that provides a broad range of services to its customers. We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Team in San Antonio. Travel to far Northwest outer San Antonio area.

What are the responsibilities and duties of our COTAs?

Working directly with the patients to create trusting relationships

Providing rehabilitation for patients suffering from various diagnoses affecting ADLs

Assisting patients with the therapy plan of care created by an Occupational Therapist

Helping patients develop, recover, and improve ADLs

Requirements

What are the skills & educational requirements for this role?

Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an institution accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association

State of Texas-Occupational Therapy Examiners

One year of experience preferred

Reliable, insured transportation & a valid driver's license
