Join Our Team as an HR Administrative Support Specialist!

Are you detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a passion for providing seamless administrative support? We are looking for an HR Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team operating in a shared service across our business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient processing of employee instructions including right to work and on boarding, working alongside our HR Managers and Employees. If you're someone who thrives in a digital-first environment and has a knack for precision, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Starters (70% of your role):

Gathering required documentation for new hires, including right to work and VISA processing.

Drafting employment contracts and offer letters using our templates.

Accurately inputting data into our payroll system to support the “pro-boarding” process.

Ensuring our ‘staff tracker’ is always updated to monitor all new starters.

Managing the onboarding process to create a smooth experience for new employees.

Registering staff details on relevant portals and provider sites as needed.

Leavers (10% of your role):

Updating the ‘staff tracker’ to monitor all leavers.

Calculating leave entitlements and advising HR Operations accordingly.

Addressing basic queries regarding the leaving process.

Drafting leaver letters for HR Operations approval.

Amendments (5% of your role):

Securing necessary approvals for corrections and amendments.

Creating workflows to update payroll data as needed.

General (15% of your role):

Responding to employee emails and directing them to the best sources of information.

Guiding employees to the correct HR tools and resources.

What We're Looking For:

High IT literacy and comfort using MS Teams and MS Outlook.

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience working in a Shared Service model supporting multiple companies.

Comfort with remote and digital working, including video calls and instant messaging.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Great to Have):

Familiarity with the ResourceLink payroll system.

CIPD accreditation (any level).

Experience in the construction sector.
