A dynamic growing company based in Earls Court are looking for an experienced and switched on HR Administrator to join their growing team.
The client is looking for someone who has strong communication skills and who also has previous experience working within HR.
As an HR administrator it is important for ensuring the smooth running of all HR department functions, including handling employee records and supporting the hiring processes.
The main purpose of a HR Administrator role is:
Entering employment data onto the company database
Organising meetings and taking minutes
Handling confidential information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Setting up recruitment and training events
Answering any employee inquiries
Creating staff handbooks
Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
Updating employee holiday and sickness records
HR Administrator Specification:
Strong communication skills
To have previous HR experience
The ability to work well with others
Organisational skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
