Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales activity.
Manage pipeline from initial contact through closing process.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize outreach efforts and improve lead conversion rates.
Track and manage interactions with prospects using our CRM software to ensure follow-ups are timely and effective.
Provide constructive feedback to marketing on lead quality and messaging to help refine our outreach strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage potential clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
