What does it mean to be an SDR at Peak?

As an SDR at Peak Reservations, you’ll be stepping into a fast paced sales position. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth in Miami. This is an opportunity to build, and own, a brand new Peak territory from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and shepherding deals to close.

If you’re an ambitious field-oriented sales professional with a passion for technology and hospitality, this role is for you.

We're hiring a small team of up to 5 SDRs in Miami. This position is part of the first hiring cohort for Peak, so the sky is the limit for team building and professional growth.

Requirements

For this role it is required that you:

Are fluent in both Spanish and English

In the field and traveling to restaurants in Miami 4 days per week for this position

We'll have no reservations if you

Have 1 year of experience in sales with consistent quantitative success in a quota carrying role

Want to be in the field knocking on doors, eager to engage in conversation with prospects

You’ll get the VIP treatment if you have

Field sales experience

A "mayor of your town" mindset—taking ownership of your market

Restaurant experience, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry

Expectations

Drive the sales cycle in your territory, resulting in the hand off of deals ready to be closed won

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at high-end, full-service restaurants

Benefits

Compensation

The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is $85,000—$125,000 USD. This includes a base salary and commission assuming goals have been met. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. Commission for this role is uncapped.
