We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tech Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Sales Manager
Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
Requirements
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)
Familiarity with Google Sheets or MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
