We are looking to recruit a IT Service Delivery Technician for 39 hours per week based at our head office in Pembridge, and you will be required to travel to remote sites world-wide.

You will be responsible for supporting all of Kingspan Insulation’s services including applications, systems, hardware and customers.
Main duties:
Work with the Service Delivery management team in agreeing common standards and practices and delivering against those standards. Ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.
Ensuring that all tickets are handled according to agreed procedures and that documentation of supported components is available and in an appropriate format.
Provides detailed documentation and guidance to all users in the effective use of systems and products where required.
Identification and implementation of workarounds where required.
Propose, discuss and evaluate potential solutions with other resolver teams including 3rd parties and implement agreed modifications or workarounds as directed.
Perform onsite hardware and software fixes, and where necessary workarounds, across multiple sites.
Assist with other projects and activities within the Division as appropriate.
Maintaining the IT knowledgebase, through clear and accurate documentation of systems and related business procedures.
Identify and work towards service improvements.
You will have experience in a similar role, and working in an office environment.
It is essential that you have the following:
ITIL Foundation certificate
English Language and Mathematics at GCSE new grades 9 - 4 (or GCSE A*-C; 'O' level A-C or CSE 1)
Any IT related qualifications
Ability to handle difficult and demanding customer environments and pressurised workload
Ability to mentor and train junior members of the team
Excellent numeracy skills and experience of using spreadsheets, with a good understanding of Office 365 and Exchange online
Understanding of VM ware, WAN and LAN environments, MPLS and VPN fundamentals, and Microsoft Active Directory
Detailed understanding of client hardware and operating system to affectively trouble shoot problems
Mobile technologies
Unified communications
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills, with the ability to identify, analyse and solve problems
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results
Full UK Driving Licence.
