Job Title: Receptionist Administrator
Location: Bromley South
Salary: £22,000 per year

Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist / Administrator for our esteemed electrical client in Bromley South. This is a full-time position, working five days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls.
Performing general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
