About the role: HLTA: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and diverse primary school in Brent, London. This is a full-time, long-term role where you will play a key part in supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, enhancing their learning experience, and helping to drive academic success. You will work closely with the teaching staff, leading small groups, covering lessons, and providing targeted intervention when necessary. Application Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in Key Stage 1 or 2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage small groups and lead classes when required.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Leading small group activities and interventions.
• Covering classes and delivering lessons in the teacher's absence.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who need additional help.
• Assisting with the preparation of lesson plans and materials.
