Sociology Teacher
We are currently partnered with a Mixed Secondary School based in Harrow, North West London who are actively seeking a Sociology Teacher to join them on a Long Term basis, with a permanent role being an option if preferred.
The school have embarked on a pursuit of excellence and are committed to the lives of young people within their community around Harrow. They have achieved an "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted and are keen to build on this in the coming years. They are genuinely committed to investing in their staff and also the school itself, with a state of the art building and modern facilities.
This role would ideally suit a Sociology Teacher based in London and within a commutable distance to the Harrow area, who is actively seeking a new challenge!

Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and support where possible.
Collaborate with peers to continue to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentThis role will require:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience as a Sociology Teacher, teaching to secondary school students in the UK
Comprehensive knowledge of the UK curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
