Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant special needs school.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to children with Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
Work closely with the classroom teacher to deliver personalized learning plans.
Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
Help manage challenging behavior in a positive and effective manner.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEND, particularly Autism and Asperger’s.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different situations.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
