DCT Recruitment Ltd are looking for Front of House Manager for one of our client based in Windsor.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise all front-of-house activities to ensure smooth operations
- Train and lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
- Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Skills:

- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front-of-house role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
- Culinary knowledge and bartending experience are advantageous
- Experience in supervising staff and resolving customer issues promptly
