Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and high-end hospitality setting? Our client, a luxury hotel and spa resort nestled within 40 acres of beautiful parkland in Lancashire, is searching for a talented and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead their vibrant, family-focused restaurant.

This venue is known for its stunning views, award-winning facilities, and exceptional guest experiences. From breakfast to dinner, the restaurant serves a diverse range of guests, including locals, leisure club members, and visitors to the hotel and spa. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the restaurant prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Role Overview: As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant while delivering exceptional guest service. Reporting to the Food & Beverage management team, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team, managing the guest experience, and ensuring the highest standards are always upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining a smooth service in a high-volume environment.
Lead and inspire the team to provide excellent service during busy periods.
Uphold exceptional food quality standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Oversee recruitment, staff development, HR, payroll, and performance management.
Manage inventory, stock control, and reduce waste while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Coordinate reservation management, optimising guest flow and table turnover.
Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are consistently met.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and guest satisfaction.

Proven experience managing a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team under pressure.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
