What You’ll Be Doing: 

Candidate Marketing: Develop compelling job postings and creative outreach strategies across a variety of channels, such as online platforms, job fairs, and community partnerships 

Create Interview Process:  Create and support a process to efficiently and objectively screen resumes and conduct structured interviews 

Candidate Management:  Manage the candidate relationship process into training and onboarding

Requirements

Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following: 

Recruiting Experience: Ideally eight+ years  

Recruiting Team Leadership: At least four years  

HR Generalist/HR Experience: Preferred three+ years 

Employment Law Knowledge: Resourcefulness to remain current with National and state/local laws (where applicable)  

Amazing Creativity with social media: Successful experience with social media, blogs, job boards, and job postings     

PHR/SPHR / SHRM CP/SCP Certification: Preferred
