What Your Day Will Look Like:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager with Consor, you will lead Consor’s talent recruitment strategy and initiatives throughout the East Region, serving as a strategic partner to the East Executive Director and East Leadership Team.  As applicable, you will also be contributing across other geographies. You will partner with other TA Managers and be a mentor to the TA specialists and coordinators as we grow. You will work hand-in-hand with our Employee Experience Team to define processes, implement uniform management of team workflow, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. What You'll Do:

• This position will support the East Region, focusing on Transportation Planning, and Design and Construction Services growth needs at the PE or equivalent and above level, including lifecycle recruitment.• Work closely with leadership to define their operational needs, project needs, and opportunity hires. Understand their growth strategy, present avenues to achieve that strategy, and implement and refine based on market.• Our goal is for each candidate to be better for the experience they’ve had with Consor. Lead our team and connect with the broader People Services/HR Team to continue refining and improving the experience and management of selected and non-selected candidates.• Partner with hiring managers, guiding them in all aspects of the hiring process including process, timing, best practices, sourcing trends, etc.• Develop, recommend, and execute recruiting strategy with the hiring team to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.• Vet and understand the details of potential candidates; provide streamlined information to hiring managers to best position them for a successful hiring process.• Recognize quality candidates for the greater Consor that may not fit your team’s needs; work collaboratively to funnel them to the right people and region.

What You'll Need:

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with solid experience in the A/E/C industry and in the desired geography

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Experience successfully working with geographically dispersed virtual teams; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively and to keep candidates and projects moving in a timely manner

• Ability to work on own initiative, with the ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure; Ability to maintain perspective, balance, and focus through challenges, uncertainty, and change.

• High degree of professionalism, providing a strong presentation style that is reflective of the Consor brand

• Ability to act strategically, make sound decisions, and work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment Must be a ‘team player’ with a consultative style and ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with all levels of the organization in a matrixed team environment.
