Responsibilities:

CommonSpirit is in search of a talented and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our regional recruitment team in Central Coast and Central California. This crucial role involves driving strategic recruitment initiatives and building a strong talent pipeline to support CommonSpirit's organizational goals, thereby making a significant impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of regional recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across various disciplines. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

2. Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to implement regional recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Conduct local sourcing events, including career fairs, campus visits, and virtual recruitment initiatives. Manage external recruitment resources and vendor relationships.

3. Candidate Pipeline & Engagement: Create and implement programs to increase candidate pipelines for critical positions. Leverage social media effectively as part of the recruitment strategy. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools.

4. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders, understand their talent needs, and provide solutions—partner with regional leadership to design and implement training on recruitment strategy and process. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide senior management with key metrics and analyses of recruiting analytics to identify trends and address recruitment challenges. Track and manage recruitment data effectively—measure recruitment performance against established KPIs.

The ideal candidate lives in either the Central Coast or in Central California.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and/or (8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)

Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. Two (2) years experience managing/leading large recruitment teams
