Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.What Academics and the school are looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
A passion for outdoor learning and the ability to integrate it into your teaching.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
