Your Role:
As a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, you will be pivotal in shaping the consultancy’s growth and enhancing its reputation within the industry. Your duties will entail assessing property conditions, overseeing development projects, and providing strategic advice that influences our clients’ investments. This role not only enables you to utilise your existing skills but also offers a platform for mentorship, professional development, and upward mobility within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Surveys to inform decision-making.
Manage Dilapidations processes, providing strategic insights and solutions to clients.
Prepare detailed Schedules of Condition to support project clarity.
Develop Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP) to enhance asset value and longevity.
Engage in Party Wall Matters, utilizing your negotiation skills for successful agreements.
Network within the industry to build relationships, win new business, and contribute to company growth. Your Qualifications and Experience:

RICS or AssocRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (or equivalent) is essential.
A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in a consultancy environment with a proven track record.
Ability to produce compelling reports and deliver key project documentation with precision.
A proactive problem-solver, experienced in managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. What My Client Offers:

Competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on Experience).
Quarterly paid bonuses.
Continuous CPD opportunities (reviewed monthly & quarterly).
