Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Surveys to guide informed decision-making.
* Manage Dilapidations processes, delivering strategic insights and solutions to our clients.
* Prepare detailed Schedules of Condition, providing essential documentation that supports project clarity.
* Shape Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP) to enhance asset value and longevity.
* Engage in Party Wall Matters, using your negotiation skills to foster successful agreements.
* Network within the industry to build relationships, win new business, and take part in company growth.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
* RICS or AssocRics Chartered Building Surveyor (or equivalent) is essential.
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 – 7 years in a consultancy environment, with a proven track record.
* Ability to produce compelling reports and deliver key project documentation with precision.
* A proactive problem-solver, skilled in managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
