A well established and expanding company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking for a Finance Assistant to assist the Finance Manager.

You will ideally have previous experience working within a similar role and be able to work to strict deadlines, have excellent communication skills, be highly competent and have good MS Excel skills.

Duties

* To assist the Finance team

* Assist in the management and reconciliation of timesheets

* Assist in the accounting for company charges such as Oyster cards, Parking, Dart Charge and Congestion Charge

* Coding invoices

* Raising invoices

* Assist in credit control

* Any other duties as required by the Finance Manager

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm based full-time in the office.
