Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
* Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
* Provide technical expertise and support to the project team.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within a Building Services or Mechanical Contracting environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., CIBSE, CIOB, CSCS, IET).
* Health and Safety qualification (e.g., CITB Site Safety Training Scheme - SMSTS).
Skills and Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
* Previous experience in commercial or data centre environments.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of the Construction Design and Management (CDM) 2015 Regulations and Common Safety Method (CSM) 2013 Regulations.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Rate: £350 - £400 per day (DOE)
