Year 2 Class Teacher - Primary School

We are seeking a Year 2 Class Teacher to start working in a fantastic school for September! There is a wonderful Primary School located in Hillingdon that is very keen to have a Year 2 Class Teacher for the start of the school year. This is a full time position working 5 days and week and to be successful for this role you must be a qualified teacher and have previous teaching experience ideally.

The role is for a full time Year 2 Class Teacher starting in September
To be a role model to the pupils' and promote good discipline and respect for the class
You will have an understanding of the school's rules and values to maintain safety and health.
You will be required to demonstrate good knowledge of the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum, previous experience of working in KS1 is desirable but not essential
To mark and assess pupils' work, and to record their development, progress and attainment, both at school and elsewhere, having regard to the requirements of the national curriculum
Maintain good order, discipline and respect for others among pupils; to promote understanding of the school's rules and values; to safeguard health and safety; and to develop relationships with and between pupils conducive to optimum learning
Plan and prepare lessons to engage the children with their learningRequirements:

You must have Qualified Teacher Status
Experience teaching in KS1 is desirable but not essential
Be an excellent communicator and have great behaviour management
Have a 'child workforce only' DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
Be available to start in September 2024
