Hays Education Wirral are working with a primary school based in Moreton, Wirral looking for a primary teacher to take on a Year 1/2 class teaching job.

This Year 1/2 teaching role will start asap in September and run for the academic year.

Your new role
This Year 1/2 class teaching job will involve supporting a class of mixed ability children with the help of one full time TA. You will plan and deliver creative but challenging lessons that will help the children progress through the academic year. Working with the key stage leader you will carry on ongoing assessment to inform your planning.

What you'll need to succeed
To secure this primary teaching job in Year 1/2 you will need:
* QTS or equivalent qualification
* Experience of working with primary aged children within the last 3 years that we can reference
* A proven record of meeting standards and raising attainment in KS1
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with staff and then independently plan sessions that meet agreed criteria
