Tradewind Recruitment are looking to appoint a Year 2 Primary Teacher on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry school located in the borough of Enfield.
This London based primary school are looking for a qualified teacher to cover a year 2 class for a period of 3 weeks due to a sickness. The role will involve some planning due to the nature of the start date being at the start of the academic year.
About the role:
Prepare and deliver KS1 lessons
Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
Work alongside the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are effective
Differentiate learning materials to ensure each pupil benefits
Attend weekly staff meetingsRequirements:
Must have UK recognised QTS
Strong understanding of KS1 curriculum
Have a positive and ambitious attitude to learning
Have a willingness to enhance the schools ethos
Able to work effectively with colleagues, children and external agencies
Must be available full-time and long-term from SeptemberAbout the school:
3 form entry school rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted
High focus on creativity and child lead learning
