Multi-Skilled Operative - Plasterer (Major Works)
Salary:
£35,172.08 per annum

On site with base in Stafford

We currently have a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Operative - Plasterer (Major Works) to join our in-house maintenance company, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Operative / Plasterer in the Major Works team, you will carry out high quality plastering and maintenance work to the Group's properties. This will include all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled trades person specialising in plastering with plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying / groundwork i.e. wet trades and building plus related finishes, patching and making good tasks, as requested by the Major Works Supervisor.
Skills and experience required:
* Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience)
* Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
* Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment.
* Plastering skills, proven by experience
* Have multi skilled experience i.e. completing different trade work
* Outstanding customer care skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
