We are looking for some temporary staff in our Design Team. It will need to be someone from intermediate level upwards with the following skillset (please note the technical experience on refurb residential schemes is a must, can’t be people with just new build).

We are open to hybrid working but would need some time in the office to ensure they can produce the work to a suitable standard, so 2 days minimum/week in the office.

* Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stage 4 to 6 on refurbishment residential schemes, including high profile high-rise buildings

* Producing working drawings/specifications/details and checking/amending similar work drafted by others

* Production of building control and construction issue drawings

* Proficient user AutoCad (Revit preferred but not essential)

* Proven experience in a Design Office

* Construction technical knowledge

* Experience in Building regulations/procedures

* Ability to work as part of a team to tight timescales
