Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who require extra help
Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning environments
Assist with administrative tasks, lesson preparation, and classroom organisation
Promote student well-being and emotional development
Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the community spiritWhat we're looking for:

Experience working with secondary school students, ideally within a classroom setting
