A fantastic Primary School located within the Borough of Lewisham is looking to grow its team further, hiring multiple SEN Teaching Assistants who can assist with children who have Special Educational Needs to further improve the pupil's day-to-day school life.
JOB DESCRIPTION
SEN Teaching Assistant
* Supporting a variety of SEN; Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD and Speech & Language difficulties
* 1:1 and group support - In and out of the classroom
* Working alongside a range of professionals and SENCO
* Attending weekly training sessions
* Working across any of the following phases - EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* ASAP Start - Long-term & full time
* £95 - £110 per day
* Located in the Borough of Lewisham
PERSON SPECIFICATION – SEN TA
* Degree educated – desirable, but not essential
* Must have an outgoing, forward-thinking and creative personality
* You must be willing to learn and get stuck in multiple roles
* Understanding of SEN is required
* Previous SEN experience, within either a working or personal level would be desirable, but not essential
