The Role:

As an Internal Sales Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department and senior management. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Head of Marketing, you will take the reins on lead generation and support the team with various tasks, including:

๐ŸŒŸ Managing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and intro packages.

๐ŸŒŸ Creating reports to support senior management as needed.

๐ŸŒŸ Communicating with contractors and architects to identify project requirements and potential leads.

๐ŸŒŸ Monitoring specifications on NBS and reaching out to project leads.

๐ŸŒŸ Assisting the sales team in managing major projects and ensuring prompt follow-ups.

๐ŸŒŸ Updating and following up on leads that have been quoted but not yet converted.

๐ŸŒŸ Assisting with marketing activities to generate leads, such as social media posts, LinkedIn outreach, and website updates.

Skills/Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

โœจ Excellent organisational skills.

โœจ Previous lead generation and marketing experience.

โœจ Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.

โœจ High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

โœจ Flexibility in managing priorities.

โœจ Confidence, courtesy, and professionalism.

โœจ Strong communication and people skills.

Additional Information:

๐ŸŒŸ Full-Time position based in Birmingham.

๐ŸŒŸ Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on Friday, or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm on Friday (one week per month).

๐ŸŒŸ Enjoy 23 holiday days plus statutory holidays.

๐ŸŒŸ Competitive salary range of ยฃ23,000 to ยฃ25,000 (DOE).

๐ŸŒŸ People pensions with a 4% company contribution, matched by the employee.
