Client Details
Global consultancy delivering commercial success, project and programmes & asset optimisation along with specialist consultancy and digital services to maximise value in all areas of the built environment to deliver successful and sustainable outcomes for their clients.
The business is completely privately owned with many global regions offering company ownership to all employees in the business. The UK business is 100% employee owned. This in turn ensures independence of there advice and allows them the freedom to focus on the long-term investment in there people.
Description
Due to a large influx of works they are looking for Quantity Surveyors with sector experience in any of the below.
Commercial,
Data Centre,
Logistics & Manufacturing,
Residential,
Education,
Healthcare,
Leisure and Retail Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
Strong technical delivery experience
MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body preferred
Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
Strong Feasibility and cost planning experience
Pre and Post contract experience of a range of schemes
Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
Previously employed by a consultancy
Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts
A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines Job Offer
Salary 70-90k
