Team Administrator / Team Secretary - Leeds Office
I am delighted to be partnering with a great company on their search for a Team Administrator/Secretary to work based out of their Central Leeds office.
Are you an organized, proactive professional looking to join a highly regarded, independent consultancy? Our client, known for delivering on some of the UK's most high-profile projects, is seeking a dedicated Team Secretary for their Leeds office. This company boasts an excellent reputation as an employer and offers a competitive starting salary with an attractive benefits package.
The team is looking for someone who has some experience in administration of invoicing/invoice tracking systems
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leeds team.
* Manage the team’s invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and maintaining invoice tracking systems.
* Execute day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
* Provide front-of-house support, including meeting room coordination and setup.
* Perform other administrative and business support duties as required.
