Project Manager/Scrum Master - Contract Vacancy
IR35 Status: Outside
Rate: £ 300 - £400 p/d
Contract Length: 12 Months
Working Location: Remote
My client has a requirement for a Project Manager/Scrum Master on a 12-month initial contract. The client is a design automation tool to help Engineering teams at Semicon Fabs save time, money and rework during the building services design phase.
The right candidate will have a solid background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing international teams and complex software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee complex software development projects from initiation to completion.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Utilize Jira and Confluence to develop and implement efficient workflows, ensuring smooth project operations.
Build and maintain project reports, dashboards, and metrics.
Collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Agile qualification, specifically in Scrum.
Proven experience managing international teams and complex projects.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Proficiency in building reports and dashboards; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Strong technical project management background, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Exceptional problem-solving, team leadership, estimation, and collaboration skills.
