Role: Teaching Assistant

Pay: £515 - £550 per week

Main Responsibilities
Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons across the primary age range.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with varying learning needs.
Encourage children's academic, social and emotional development.
Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an engaging learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and support pupils to stay focused and engaged.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate.About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting children in any capacity, including education, childcare, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, mentoring or similar settings.
Is patient, caring and enthusiastic about helping children succeed.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well as part of a team and is willing to take initiative.
Is reliable, professional and committed to making a positive impact.
