An expanding Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office, supporting the delivery of Residential and Commercial projects.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will help deliver refurbishment projects from estimating and cost planning, right through to final accounts.
Additionally, the successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity, should they wish, to progress into a Senior Quantity Surveyor position and mentor the more junior members of the team.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS preferred
Good estimating and measuring experience
Commercial and/or Residential project experience would be ideal
Pre and post contract experience
Prior Quantity Surveying experience within a PQSIn Return?
£40,000 - £50,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
