Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure & Major Projects
If you're spending your time managing Compensation Events on NEC contracts, this probably isn't the first recruitment advert you've ignored this week.

I'm more interested in understanding what would make you leave the project you're on today.
I work with several of the UK's leading infrastructure contractors across the North West and Scotland. They're investing heavily in commercial teams and, more importantly, they're prepared to wait for the right people rather than settle for whoever happens to be available.
I'm interested in speaking to Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers who have experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
That might include:

Electricity North West
HS2
TransPennine Route Upgrade
Network Rail

Major highways or heavy civil engineeringYou'll probably have strong experience with NEC contracts, commercial management, subcontract procurement, CVRs and managing change on live projects.
