Non Working Mechanical Supervisors

Damicor is currently recruiting for an experienced Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term project based in Chatham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project, with an initial 5-month contract and the potential for the role to continue for a further 12 months.
Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise mechanical installation and strip out works on site.
Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors and site operatives.
Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards.
Liaise with the site management team and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times. Requirements

Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial or industrial projects.
SSSTS (essential).
Strong understanding of mechanical installation and site coordination.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage site activities and maintain high safety and quality standards. What's on Offer
