📍 Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to London)

A top tier consultancy firm is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solution / Technical Architect to spearhead a high-impact digital transformation for one of the UK's most critical infrastructure organisations.
This is far beyond standard system maintenance. You will assume full technical ownership of an enterprise-grade platform, leading cross-functional teams to revolutionize asset tracking mechanisms and deploy cutting-edge intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
GenAI Deployment: Architect, design, and direct the technical rollout of ServiceNow's Now Assist capabilities, fundamentally elevating enterprise workflows with Generative AI.
Asset Ecosystem Modernization: Function as the primary SME for an extensive overhaul of HAM Pro and SAM Pro, creating robust frameworks spanning the full asset lifecycle.
Technical Leadership & Governance: Establish and enforce platform standards. You will craft High-Level Designs (HLDs), conduct rigorous code reviews, and guide multi-vendor engineering teams to ensure clean, scalable architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex architectural decisions into business-friendly concepts for key stakeholders, bridging technical execution with strategic vision.
Essential Skills
At least 6+ years of specialized experience operating in a Technical/Solution Architect or Senior Lead capacity on enterprise ServiceNow transformations.
Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations (focusing on inventory optimization, licensing, and compliance).
Certifications:
Mandatory: Official ServiceNow certification in either HAM or SAM.
Desirable: ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) is highly advantageous.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing engineering teams, facilitating design workshops, and handling stakeholder negotiations seamlessly.
Hands-on exposure to or deep architectural understanding of Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, or advanced Virtual Agent flows.📍 Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to London)| ⏳ Duration: 6 Months Contract (Inside IR35)| 💰 Rate: £450 - £500 a day
