Join Our Team as a Data Administrator!

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? Our client is seeking a dedicated Data Administrator to support their Access, Licensing, and International team. This role will be pivotal in managing data and ensuring smooth operational delivery.

Start ASAP, pay £15.80ph-£17.25ph, hours Monday-Friday 37 hours per week, duration 6 months, this is a hybrid working role and you are required to work two days a week in the office, location Canary Wharf. This role does require clearance, if you hold a current clearance this would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process access applications, managing submissions and supporting case workers in recommendations.
Handle your own case load, increasing complexity as you gain experience.
Conduct research and provide analysis to support team proposals.
Assess changes to existing access contracts.
Engage with stakeholders to advise on access legislation and our client policies.
Manage team's shared mailboxes for timely responses.
Collaborate with Communications and Web teams for accurate publishing of documents.
Support broader directorate projects and casework. Who You Are:

A well-organised individual with exceptional time management skills.
Independent, efficient, and a creative collaborator within a team.
