Job Title: Business & Marketing Data Scientist

Location: Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remote)

Remuneration: £54.81 per hour

Contract Details: ASAP until 4th Dec 2026

Responsibilities:

Formulate and interpret data to reach specific conclusions as a key project contributor.
Scale existing solutions and create repeatable best practises, tutorials, and documentation.
Write and review solution code, ensuring integration with production code alongside developers and partners.
Develop roadmaps and methodologies to address data-related questions, defining requirements and anticipating challenges.
Implement recommended changes through collaboration with teams, driving ongoing analysis for product excellence.
Gather, extract, and compile data across sources using SQL, R, or Python, ensuring quality and privacy.
Help teams prioritise tasks using data, driving identification of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine complex business questions into analysable metrics and models.
Assess gaps in products based on user feedback and metrics analysis, contributing technical solutions.
Review and provide feedback on analyses conducted by others, addressing analytical challenges.
Develop metrics to track solution implementation, creating dashboards and tools to automate processes.
Interface with stakeholders to understand business goals and existing data infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data dashboard creation.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Proven leadership in data science initiatives.
