Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Buckinghamshire, UK (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Rolling
Contract Type: Outside IR35
Rate: Up to £500 per day
Overview
An excellent opportunity for a DV Cleared Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle Cloud programme. You will support and enhance key HR and Payroll services, working with stakeholders to deliver functional improvements while maintaining a critical live environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll operations
Configure and enhance HCM functionality
Gather and document business requirements
Support Oracle quarterly releases and legislative updates
Assist with testing, documentation and knowledge management
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on change initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Active DV Clearance
Strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience
Expertise across Core HR and Payroll
Knowledge of Absence Management and Time & Labour
Experience supporting live Oracle Cloud services
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of Oracle security concepts
Desirable
UK Payroll legislation knowledge
OTBI or BI Publisher reporting experience
ServiceNow, Jira or Tosca experience
Public Sector HR or Payroll experience
