The Role:
A leading Government organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to join a newly established PMO, leading planning, scheduling and project controls across complex construction and infrastructure programmes.
You will provide planning assurance, develop integrated project schedules, coach delivery teams and drive planning best practice across high-profile government projects.
Experience & Requirements:
- Significant experience in construction or infrastructure planning within complex programme environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule risk analysis and integrated project controls.
- Experience developing integrated project schedules, reporting and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and improve planning capability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications such as APM, PMP, PMI-SP, AACE or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Government, defence, engineering or critical infrastructure experience is advantageous.
