An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career to join a well-established homecare provider based in Wrexham. The company is looking for a compassionate leader who leads by example, develops others and is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care.
What's on offer:
£38,000-£40,000 per annum.
33 days annual leave.
No involvement in on-call duties.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operation of a CIW registered domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred and high quality care.
Recruit, mentor and develop a small office and care team, creating a positive culture where people feel valued and supported.
Maintain excellent standards of CIW compliance, governance, quality assurance and care planning.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with private clients, their families and healthcare professionals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, hospitals, healthcare professionals and community partners.
Oversee the delivery of both private and local authority care packages, maintaining service levels and the company's strong reputation within the local community.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager within domiciliary or live-in care.
Strong knowledge of CIW regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
Must hold NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Strong operational and commercial awareness with experience supporting both private and local authority care provision.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
