Are you a dedicated and experienced Home Manager seeking a rewarding leadership role in residential and nursing care? We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a welcoming care home in Llanrwst, Conwy, providing high-quality services for elderly residents. About the Role

* Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or equivalent

* Proven experience in a home management role within the healthcare sector

* Ability to manage operational and financial aspects effectively

* Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life and maintaining high standards of care
